Metatarsalitis and MC?

Post by Alohagirl »

Aloha - has metatarsalitis ever been linked to gut problems like MC? If so, any ideas on how to address this in particular with nutrition and supplements? Already consulted podiatry.

I'm not aware of any documented connection (other than RA), but a number of us (including me) have had problems with plantar fasciitis.

I have left hip pain and plantar fasciitis. I do physical therapy exercises to strengthen feet and hips so I can stay active and jog.
