Frozen bone in Goat Cubes

Post by Alohagirl »

Aloha - I found Thomas Farms Bone-In Goat Cubes from free range goats in Australia in the frozen food section at Safeway. I have not 'had the guts' to try them yet. Anybody else having any idea if goat is a meat that might sit well with MCers? Mahalo in advance!
LC, strong reaction to cola, squash and D & C Orange #4; moderate reaction to sugar cane, sulfite, sardine, flaxseed, coriander, black-eyed peas and FD & C Blue #1. Enterolab Anti-gliadin IgA 6 units.

Aloha!

goat meat is like lamb meat in texture etc but with maybe a bit stronger flavour.

goats like sheep - to produce good meat, they have to follow grass fed diet. They dont respond well to grains soy etc etc.

Prior to getting MC, i have eaten Goat Curry in Fiji when on work trip.

Enjoy and let us know what you think and I will have a look for the same product here in Aus.
