The inflammation bucket

Post by Gabes-Apg »

this article is a good read for new people
But here’s a new model for you to consider – the inflammation bucket.

Rather than trying to keep histamine low, by not eating, by avoidance of triggers, I find that lowering the baseline of inflammation, through a phytonutrient rich, antihistamine and anti-inflammatory diet, meditation and happiness, allows me to fill it up with a bunch more histamine.
Each person has to manage their individual inflammation bucket!

NB: The author can tolerate Soy, which is not ideal for many MC'ers

This article certainly gives food for thought....and I really feel when I stress on things that is when I feel my worse. I know we are all different....but stress seems to be my worst enemy in my LC world, so I know I need to figure that one out for myself.

although this articles does not mention it - but this article overlaps with some other discussions we had in the past few months about non food triggers/toxins like mold, chemicals, heavy metals etc

each person has different inputs / different quantities going into their 'inflammation bucket'
