which is better, magnesium bonded to taurin or glycinate? for bowel ofc.
I got offered a mg taurin and b6 tablets but 1 tablet got 150mg Magnesium and 1mg B6, it is somehow cheaper.in package of 90 tablets.

re the magnesium - for oral intake Magnesium glycinate is the better option, absorption and useability in the body UNLESS it is a highly absorbable type like ReMag.
re the B6, what we have learnt from experience is that taking the P5P form of B6 (active form) is a much better option.
with these type of products you get what you pay for, cheap products generally mean cheap ingredients, that are not as useful or absorbable, so that provides less benefit to the body and you have to more of them, and then they are not soo cheap.
