My PBS tv show schedule: Tuesday night, 6/20/17 on Frontline: Supplements and Safety Probe, "Hidden dangers of vitamins and supplements, a multibillion-dollar industry."
Could be interesting. Don't know if it will apply to those of us with MC but worth a look.

they have done these types of programs before

long story short - you get what you pay for...

cheap vitamins, have cheap less effective ingredients
good vitamins, cost more because they have better ingredients that are better absorbed and more useable to the body

its the same for food, medicine, practitioners, professional services etc etc...
