coconut water potentially in large amounts = laxative

PSA:

I hope this helps someone in the future to avoid what happened to me. My body was tolerating small amounts sipped slowly far in between meals. I was at an appointment that ran late and was starving (and hormonal/low blood sugar/dizzy after a good positive gentle physical therapy workout). I chugged about 12 ounces all at once then ate my late lunch about 25 minutes later. Never done that before during this flare. Perfect storm: period, hungry and TOO MUCH coconut water. Beware!

Now doing one quart water, 2 TBS sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. salt substitute (potassium) and drinking that in one cup portions in between eating. There is a recipe for ORS posted on this site, but it calls for way too much sugar 3-4 TBS. Way too sweet.
