TAI CHI-----WOWEEEEE!!!!

Post by barbaranoela »

I survived!!!! The only problem is that a newbee amidst the *knowbees* is a bit difficult~~~~~

They have a round-table chat first----if any one cant get a move---so I said---FIRST TIME for me--be patient--- and the teacher,Jean, didnt even  her eyes when I said that--

Now we are ready!!!! There are 9 moves and I didnt even understand what they are talking about----@ this point I wanted to get up and run home---and we formed 3/4 lines of 5 people,in each row,(I think)--first thing---BLOCK out everything from your mind~~~ that was easy for me

She went thru the moves and if U didnt think U could do one just stop and watch-

Well it surely is a most awsome sight to watch the flow of everyones movement---it just wraps U up and then when the oriental music started, and U did the moves to it, U felt out of your body and a calmness overtakes U--
Of course I was a bit spastic trying to stand on my toes--sorta stumbleing and then just stood there and watched---

The moves I could do were awesome----BUT when I got home I was SORE--cus I used muscle that I thought my own Xercising was taking care of---NOT!!!! Hopped into a nice tub of hot water and soaked the tired bones!!!
But very Xcited---and eager to learn

She said the nicest thing----*I have to tell U all---I could feel the flow of everyones evergy*!!! This was a wonderful session--

I dont think I could try out for RIVERDANCE  but I do believe that I can benefit from these flowing moves----and relax the knotted body---and get better control over myself--

Right now am watching a channel that is featuring Xmas music with Andre Rieu---so beautiful--he will be here, next Xmas, in Tucson!!!

What a thrill it would be to see him in person----

I luv Christmas music----and this brings  to my eyes also--

Knowint your night will be a good one as I know mine will also be--
Till the *morrow*
