Arthrosis and Gluten

Hi all,

I attended a health conference last weekend, and the program concentrated on food and health issues.

One of the scientists, a medical doctor of nutrition, asked the audience during her lecture if we had any idea why the number of knee and hip prostheses (replacements) have skyrocketed in Norway only the last 10 years.

No one in the audience raised their hand, but she answered the question herself and shouted: "GLUTEN!!"
