Has anyone noticed that when you have a “bad” episode, that you also have bad breath for a day or so right after it?
Also I think I have figured out a clue that an episode is quickly going to start is I start craving ice water and lots of it. I figured that’s my body preparing to fight the dehydration that is coming? I might be totally wrong but I have noticed I have done that many times, but just now realizing the connection. Anyone else do that?
