Hey Janie!

Thank you for thinking of me. I had to cancel :sad: I ruminated myself into severe debilitating anxiety. I even had to take FLMA from work due to insomnia and constant panic. I'm on the mend now and back at work. I'm recovering quicker than I thought I would. Apparently I have some unfinished subconscious business to work on! Plus side is I'm still in remission with my bowels. That is surprising due to all the cortisol thats been rushing around for weeks now.

I think I recovered quickly due to keeping up the Ol Mag!

So sorry you had to cancel but happy you are on the mend. I have PTSD so I know how it feels with the anxiety takes over. Hopefully you will keep on keeping on and figure it out.
