Feeling Blah

Post by kate_ce1995 »

I have been more tired the last week than I was the rest of my recovery! And I'm so edgy (or so Geoff says) that we are constantly getting upset with eachother. Of course his mom landed in the hospital last weekend, and then this weekend we had the kids and their cousin (she came over Saturday to play and spent the night). I have my post-op this afternoon and I expect to be cleared to go back to work, but I'm nervous about my energy level.

I just want to feel normal...its been SO long.

Hi Katy,

For me, just getting out and doing something, (at first, just visiting, or watching someone work), helped a lot. I didn't do much, and I was always dog-tired, afterwards, but the next day, I would have more energy. The human body is a strange organism. The more we do, the more we feel like doing.

The fact that you and Geoff are getting on each other's nerves, suggests that you are reaqdy for a change of venue. LOL. Good luck with your appointment this afternoon.

Awe Katy,

I'm sorry you're feeling "blah". Soon this will be behind you and you'll be back to your ole' self again.

Here's a hug to help you feel better!
