Collagen Peptides

Post by grannykathy »

I have this product sitting in my kitchen:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075S ... =UTF8&th=1

I bought it back before I got sick. I got it because my skin was already horrible even before MC but is even worse now. I've never even opened the jar, because the diarrhea started right before my order came. I have been afraid to drink it BUT in doing some searches on this site concerning bone broth I came across a person who was taking another brand but I think the same thing as this. So the question is, should I take it or not?

Hi Grannykathy,
I put another brand of collagen in my protein shakes but I am in remission. I'd be cautious in adding anything to your diet right now if you are in a flare. Just an FYI, my nails and hair are growing like a weed since adding this product.

Hmmm, I know the collagen in bone broth is suppose to be good, so it would be helpful to know this would work :???:

I agree. It would be good to know. But Cathy is probably right that I should wait. I did make my broth yesterday.
