3 questions, 2 silly

1. Is Peptobismol one of the four basic food groups? Or does it just seem that way?
2. On the Bristol stool chart, should category 8 be added for "squirts"?

3. When in flare up, my gut just feels like it trembles. Shaky. Have not seen this mentioned.

Back when I was still reacting, I often had that sensation. In fact it was often worse. Here are a few posts where I (and others) posted about how active my/our guts were at times.
