I looked at the site and found that it has some pretty solid information that supports what we all are talking about....but it only has information which is wonderful, but no experience in guiding which foods help in the beginning and how to go about diagnosing ones self. He does a great job attaching links for one to continue exploring into areas of interest, but then again no real life experience to help with what has worked and why.

Perhaps I would need to read more articles at the site.....I have attached one of the linked articles if anyone wanted to glance through it. There is other information there that can help one with some genetic discovery if anyone has had their DNA done.
