hi there
looking at your replies to various posts - rather than reply in each post, I thought I would start a new post and put information in one spot for you
- Entocort / budesonide (Sue's post) is steroid (that you dont want to do)
- the bile acid binder, that Polly is suggesting to you, i have provided the links to the posts regarding this for you previously - one of them was Pollys original post on this topic
reattached for your reading - please take the time to read through these posts

- you mentioned in one post that you are taking enzymes. and also undigested food which is an indicator of high levels of inflammation. I strongly encourage you to STOP all supplements other than Vit D3 and MC safe magnesium.

Gabes
Gabes, thank you so much for this vital information. Only Vit D3 and MC safe magnesium. How do you know Magnesium is safe. Read the ingredients? Y'all help me the most! Y'all are one of the most caring support groups I've encountered. I do have a question to ask you, so I better not mention it on here. This is simply private. Got the call yesterday. Don't know what to do! Can anyone read our comments on here? Regards, Dorothy Olson Williams
Dorothy,
To send a personal message to Gabes, click on the "pm" button at the bottom of any of her posts. The system will open a message box in which you can enter your message, and when you finish and click on the "submit" button, the message will go to Gabes, and she will be the only one in the world who can see it. To send a pm to any other member here, just click on the "pm" button at the bottom of any of their posts. That will also work for emails, if you want. IOW if you click on the "email" button at the bottom of someone's post, the system will open a message box where you can send an email to that individual.
Both private messages and emails are private (except that emails can be hacked, as you are probably aware). If anything is posted here on the board, anyone in the world can read it.
Magnesium glycinate is the safest form of magnesium, but when we are reacting, even it may cause diarrhea for some of us. One or two tablets are usually safe, but more may cause diarrhea for some of us, especially if we already have diarrhea.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
