PEA - palmitoylethanolamide natural IBS pain reliever

Post by Erica P-G »

I came across this study while researching natural pain relief for my husbands hip. I looked at a DrMercola article that talked about essential oils and in reading the comments I came across this interesting topic of PEA. Self Hacked discussed it even more and it led to more NIH studies and apparently this natural substance has more abilities and has been researched as far back as the 1950's, including a study on 900 soldiers.

If anything this might be a good item to have in the cabinet for pain management of numerous kinds instead of taking the chemical forms of Tylenol or Ibuprofen. It lets the body use its special very own natural pain interceptors.

Anyway take a look at these and let me know what you think, and if it might have a purpose in the MC world.
