Probiotics, take those for MC

Post by DonExhortae »

Hi,

I tried all sorts of probiotics and most of them only made things works (especially kefir).

What I did find in the end is that there are probiotics that can lower histamine and d lactic acid while others will release more of those two substances (which is bad for us MC sufferers).

So when you want to try probiotics, these are the strains that you should look for, they will lower histmaine and d lactic acid while modulating immuity :

1/ Lactobacillus rhamnosus,
2/ Bifidobacterium infantis
3/ Bifidobacterium longum

This article gives a nice and sound explanation :

And a nice study.

I'm taking Bifidobacterium infantis, it works great at eliminating the symptoms of MC. But I have one side effect => sweating (I always been prone to sweating but the probiotics seems to aggravate it).

I'll try Lactobacillus rhamnosus in a few weeks when I'm in europe.
