Cholestyramine

Post by dolson »

I want to thank Tex, Polly and Gabes! I almost feel like I don't have MC because of Cholestyramine, but I do! Even though life is better and I don't wear diapers, I'll be visiting this forum for the latest and greatest information. Cholestyramine is magnificent! Like Polly stated, "I got my life back with this medication!" Me too!

I have to remind myself that I still have this disease. I have minor heart palpitations but that seems about it. I still have MC and want to help people.

What would we do without Tex? We'd be lost and suffering miserably. In my mind and my husband's mind, Tex is a GENIUS!

Hi Dorothy,

I think you've grossly overestimated my abilities, but I do appreciate the thought.

Thanks for the update. It's great to see that you're doing so well. Cholestyramine seems to be able to save the day in a lot of cases when everything else is not quite enough.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
