Hello, I've attempted to understand what is being said about the above yeast. Here: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs ... 05.04027.x and here:https://journals.plos.org/plosone/artic ... ne.0066088 where it doesn't seem to have any use as a diagnostic tool.
In addition I use it in my GF bread recipe (will post on request) and can't tell if it's a problem. Yet. It's doesn't seem to be a huge one, if so. And some reactions are within 30 minutes to an hour.
Please advise if this yeast seems to be a problem for many of us. Thanks.

Hi,
Some of us have a problem with yeast while we're initially still reacting (and we test positive to yeast in an EnteroLab stool test), but after we've been in remission for a while, most of us seem to tolerate it OK.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
