Magnesium - Zinc - Calcium - D3

Post by Sorphal79 »

I know there is likely a thread about this already but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know of a good magnesium/zinc/calcium/D3 supplement brand? Or would I be better off just taking separate ones?

Also, the magnesium I choose should be glycinate, correct? I am currently on 9 mg Budesonide for three months and still having WD.

Thanks!
Sarah

Hi, Sarah. I take Drs. Best mag glycinate & a separate D3. I don't take zinc & calcium.

I do the same as Marcia also. I take Bluebonnet vitamin D3. It's also safe. I only take vitamin C and zinc during really heavy cold season.
