Lynn,

I'm not sure. I've used both for bone health. (at different times) I'm still not sure which one is better. There is a lot
of discussion on the osteoporosis forums about both. One appears to cause heart palpitations in some people but
I've not experienced that.

I'm currently taking the K2MK7 in a liquid form and I think that is the one that causes the heart palpitations in some people.
For most of last year I took the K2MK4.

I think the MK7 is supposed to be superior. If you don’t want the one derived from soy (natto) I have just ordered the CanPrev K2 drops that are MK7 but non soy. Here is what they say about their product:

“CanPrev K2 drops provides 30mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in each drop suspended in a medium chain triglyceride (MCT) oil base. MCT oil consists of stable fatty acids that enhance the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, such as vitamin K2.”

I think you are supposed to take at least 100mcg per day, so four drops would do nicely, or configure to how much you would normally take yourself. And there’s 450 drops in a bottle for about 20.00 CAD, so pretty good value too. I figured the drops would absorb the best. Hope that helps.

Hi Cynthia,

thanks for the tip on what you are using. That is a good price. I like the liquid too! I like things made in Canada too!

I try to buy Canadian by default as I am one  but I think that company does have a pretty good rep.
