Spiralized noodles

Does anyone use a spiralizer on zucchini or other vegetables and do you overcook those veggies?

Yes, I have used one for zucchini . I wrap it in a towel to remove the excess water and then put in the frig or cook if I’m ready to use it. I don’t over cook it. I’ve heated it and put a sauce over it or I’ve cooked with mushrooms, goat cheese and a little oil. I think you have to be careful to not over cook or it’ll turn to mush.

I use a manual spiralizer for zucchini. I don't cook them - just add to heated sauce. I have been in remission for quite some time - over ten years.

Brenda, I see you are from Amarillo. Do you have a doctor there that understands MC. I have not been able to find one in the DFW area. My daughter works for Southwest Airlines so it would be an easy trip for me.

Thanks,
Vandolyn
