Suddenly The Low-Carb Hi-Fat Diet Has Become Very Healthy

Post by tex »

Once ignored and advised against by doctors, medical research now recommends the low-carb, hi-fat diet. A few years ago the medical community claimed that it was fattening and unhealthy. Now they recommend it as an excellent and healthy way to lose weight, in this study of diets for older people. It's even promoted as a way to prevent the development of type 2 diabetes. But members here have known this for many years. It's nice to see that the medical community is finally waking up on this issue.

Study focuses on low-carb, high-fat diet effect on older populations

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

My husband is now reading a book called Grain Brain. Sounds like what you mention. Dr. Perlmutter wrote it.
I thought we could follow it together but I can't do eggs other wise it's as you mention.
