Is it okay to supplement copper at this stage? I'd have to try to find a non corn option too.. I know Tex takes the zinc/copper combo, and ratio s/b 15:1. It is still early though I think.
My copper is at 664 (810-1990) range.
My zinc two months ago was 80 (60-130), I had been supplementing extra zinc.
Waiting on b6 result.
Suspect this is contributing to histamine issue.
Haven't checked vit c. But it was fine before and I was taking extra since covid last year in March.
My iron, ferritin, and hemoglobin are within range now, nice :)
I'm taking antihistamines, vit d, topical mag, and iron (got Proferrin yesterday). Soon ldn again.
One month ago colonoscopy, no l.c., off budesonide, stage one food still-nothing new 2.5 mos., bm fine.
My doc is not functional. I posted before she flipped when I asked her to test copper, b6, etc... Haven't gone over this with her yet.
I think I'm going to have to eat the cash and have an appointment with my old functional doc so I can get all pertinent labs done, piece meal and begging isn't going to cut it. But then I feel like I shouldn't take anything so early in the game anyhow and maybe in more time of healing I'll get levels up? But then not addressing a deficiency doesn't make sense? I'm spinning around in my head.
Please share any thoughts :)
Thanks,
Ren

Taking zinc without any copper will eventually cause your zinc/copper/ ratio to get out of balance.
