Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if this is safe for phase two diet.
I have been on phase one diet for 5 months and i dont want to rock the boat and risk it, if its not a good option.

If you're not sensitive to corn, they're safe, but be sure they're pure corn, and don't have any wheat flour in them. Most pure corn tortillas these days are marked gluten free. Flour tortillas (made with wheat flour) are also commonly available. Be sure you don't accidentally pick up a package by mistake.

Hi Jen,

Those tortillas at your link are mighty expensive. Could you tolerate rice tortillas? They're a heck of a lot cheaper.

They sure are!!
I didn't even know rice tortillas existed.
I look for those instead.

Our local hospital just opened it up to the public today, 65 and older.'
My husband said when he got to work at 5:30 am, there were 100 people in line.
They gave out 500 shots today.
I hope you get called soon, Tex!
