Which entero tests to take?

Post by joymarion »

Hello
I wonder if you can advise on what Enterolab testing I should get? I visited the website and they offer many many tests. For the sake of budgeting and most practical results to implement, where should I start? Which test should be my first prioirty? And then after that, which should I get?
LC diagnosed in 2008.
Thank you.

Hi Joy,

Unless you're a vegetarian, the best choices are the A1 + C1 panels. Those panels test every food that is likely to cause the production of antibodies by our immune system, and they're the tests ordered by most members here. For your convenience, here's a direct link to the description for those test panels:

If you're a vegetarian, order the 82+ C2 panels.

I hope this helps,

Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
