Years ago I read poet Mary Swander's memoir "Out of this World," in which she recounts what it was like to nourish and heal herself after developing allergies to EVERYTHING she had ever eaten. Although not about MC, I am definitely going to revisit this book for encouragement while remaining my diet and dealing with chronic disease. Just thought I would throw out this suggestion to others!!
