I have always heard that Tequila soothes the gut? I did not get this from the internet, but from friends, many decades ago. When I drink Tequila, my gut sings.I have it with pineapple juice or a pineapple I've cut. Have y'all heard about this tidy bit of information...that works? There are loads of published studies that explain why it is inflammatory.

There's nothing wrong with drinking liquor, in moderation...mind you. I've never been a big drinker, but I CAN'T have beer, whiskey or bourbon. I like Apple Saki made from rice. I can drink Tito Vodka made in Austin, TX, because it's Gluten=Free.I'm a social drinker and love to talk.

All wines and champagne are Gluten-Free. I don't drink red wine because of the tannin effect.

Life is short! I'm positive and happy about my future. Just got back from Maine and New Hampshire looking at grave sites concerning my relatives.

Just found out that my father spent time at Camp LeJune, NC. Don't know how long he was at the Camp, but I will find out once I obtain my father's Naval Records.My brother and me both have Type 1 diabetes, cancer and John told me he can't read. Something is not right with my brother.
