Red Yeast Rice
Hello. Does anyone take Red Yeast Rice to lower cholesterol? Jen has been very helpful in assisting me with lowering my cholesterol, but I'm not sure what change is causing a bit of an issue for me. Several friends take Red Yeast Rice as recommended by their Nutritionists, but as always I'm afraid to trying anything new because of the LC. Just wondering if any of you take it. Thanks,

Hi Marcia,
My Dad took red yeast rice for years as he could not tolerate statins. He did not have MC.
