Which of Wayne Persky’s books is most current?

I’m ready to take a deep dive into MC. (I know, yuk). On Amazon I see several of Mr Persky’s books. Please tell me which to buy after the recipe book. Thank you and good luck to all.

rather than focus on the latest - go with what is most relevant to you
