Not quite sure what to think about this study but I thought it is worth a share. Any thoughts Tex? Anyone on this list suffer from both MC and Epstein-Barr?

I'm doing well now with a slightly expanded diet but all food in the safe range from my limited safe foods :)

Diagnosed with CC, Hashimoto Thyroid, Costochondritis, psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis. Cannot eat gluten, dairy, nightshades, and high oxalate veggies.

That was a small study, but it certainly shows a high correlation rate.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
