Cold Medicines

Post by cloud9er »

Hello,

Is anyone able to take anything to help with coughs and cold symptoms? Normies are able to have sore throat sweets, cough medicine, cold medicine (tablets, some contain caffeine), honey and lemon etc but I’m scared it will cause problems. I can drink hot water and honey, as well as take paracetamol but that’s all I will risk. Any ideas?

Kind Regards,

Amy

I got zinc lozenges from iHerb they are natural and did not cause me any MC issues
Brand. Zand there are some different types of lozenges but I got the ones high in zinc

the lozenges, VIt D3 and paracemetal are my only safe options for cold and flu
