Coconut milk

Post by smhess1971 »

Does anyone know if, So Delicious Organic Coconut Milk, unsweetened is okay to drink? It looks like it has some vitamins, minerals, organic sunflower lecithin, and gellan gum. Lactose free, gluten free, soy-free, carrageenan-free, vegan certified and no preservatives ?

Hi,

Welcome to the group. Those products will probably be safe for you. Some of us are sensitive to the gums used in many beverages as emulsifiers and thickeners, so there are never any guarantees. Products such as that are watered down coconut milk. If you want a richer, higher calorie version, use the 100% coconut milk, sold in cans, such as the Thai Kitchen brand.

Again, welcome aboard, and please feel free to ask anything.

I was wondering if anybody saw what I posted about my brain. I have slight white matter in my brain. Does anybody else have that problem? I have an appointment with a doctor in Statesboro, GA, so I can find out what the problem is and if I can drive again. Thanks, Dorothy
