Snacks during flare reset
I am on the healing phase 1 diet. Awaiting my test from enterolab. My diet at the moment consists of cod, beef, chicken and turkey regarding protein. Veg wise I have green beans, white rice, and sweet potato/yam/butternut squash. Supplements are D3 and magnesium. Oh and bananas (green). My dilemma is work and snacks. I work at a grocery store in the supplement area and in between lunch break and non lunch break I get snacky sometimes. I have been snacking on plain but packaged chicken/turkey slices (gluten free) and spice free. Has anyone used any foods for snacking in this initial stage of reducing inflammation?
