Sleep Hygiene
I'm curious to learn about everyone's sleep patterns and quality. Please select the answer the best suits you and elaborate in the comments if you can!
Re: Sleep Hygiene
I selected the "other" option because I'm usually in bed by 10, but I rarely sleep more than five or six hours.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Re: Sleep Hygiene
I learnt early in my healing journey that good quality sleep / rest was essential for me
to have the energy and focus to work full time I need 9-10 hours rest to get 8 hours sleep
Evenings I avoid tv/blue screen. Listen to podcasts and audiobooks to relax my mind.
magnesium foot soaks also help
When ever I am poorly and digestion out of sequence, minimal eating and additional rest (nap on the weekend) is like a reset for my body.
