Hi all: It occurred to me the other day that I can use topical magnesium lotion and vitamin B transdermal patches with no repercussions but am not supposed to use shampoos etc. with tocopherol and other "allergens" on my verboten list. I cannot use magnesium glycinate pills as they will start diarrhea hence the lotion. The Vitamin E and soy ingredients in topicals will stimulate a flare? Doesn't make sense. Am I missing something?

Whether you react depends on whether you're sensitive to soy. If you are sensitive to soy, you're probably react. If you're not sensitive to soy, you shouldn't react.

Make sure to check what form of vitamin B is in the transdermal. Cyanocobalamin vs. methylcobalamin
Cyanocobalamin is more common form of vitamin B12 made synthetically with cyanide.
Methylcobalamin is the more natural and may easier to absorb.
