Question about Enterolab testing

Hello,
I have been on a recovery diet for a few months but have decided to do the Enterolab testing. If I have not been eating the majority of the foods that Enterolab tests for, does that mean that if I have sensitivities to those foods, they won't show up in the testing? Meaning, do I have to add those foods back in my diet before I do the testing?
Thank you,
ETM

Hi,

Welcome to the group. You can always call the lab, to get their opinion, but in my opinion, a few months won't make much difference. On the other hand, if you've been avoiding certain foods for years, that certainly might make a difference.

I hope this helps, and again, welcome aboard.
