Good morning! I hope this finds everyone well. I haven't visited for a while. Life is busy! I'm in remission for around 10 years, thanks to this group.
I went for a facial yesterday, which isn't common for me. It was wonderful to lay on a heated table for an hour & be pampered for a bit. But sadly another "normal" activity wasn't tolerated well by my LC body. Afterwards I had gastric upset and had to take several Tums, Gas X & peppermint Lifesavers until things subsided. So even though it wasn't anything that I ate, my body certainly reacted to all of the lotions that were used on my face, arms & feet.
Others will never understand this crazy disease & as always, I'm thankful for this group! My BM was normal this morning & I am grateful for that.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. It's very cold in PA and hopefully that will kill some of the germs that are rampant this time of the year!
