Takes *D* to wake one up!!

Post by barbaranoela »

Yes, we continue to learn and use our brain---mine that is!!

The worst attack--in a nights daze---Im sleeping--feel rumbeling--not realizing NORMAN is just running outta me while in the bed!!!!!

Whatta mess----thinking--thinking?? what did I eat?? Anything new I buy I read ---Xcept the following~~~~

Half of this day my brain is going here and there--and then comes the dawn!!

I check this Safeway Select *Watch'n Carbs ice cream that I bought-and whats the 3rd ingrediant---SORBITOL----and that ingrediant is a killer for me~~~~even if it be in a moisturizing agent---absorbed thru the pores of the skin----it upsets NORMAN in an awful manner!!! Especially if it be 3a.m. in the wee hours~~~

Needless to say I was a mess and sooooooooo angry @ ME for being so stupid~~
Also realizing after all this time---that Sorbitol is a big trigger for me!!
DOUBLE/DOUBLE stupid!!!

Think I better rejoin--- --and list *triggers*

have a good night all

Aw, Barb, that's a real bummer when it happens but I'll bet most of us have experienced it.

You'll pay more attention next time, I'm sure.

Tch,Tch. don’t be so hard on yourself. IMHO we live in a world so full of possible food pratfalls that it is a wonder any of us are well. I can’t think of a single person here that hasn’t gotten off track at some point. Of course the answer is too gently nudge your self back in the right direction. Then remember how something affected you and not do it again.

Yea, right HaHaHaHa. Lets face it, it is that simple but not that easy

It is easy to get lost and lose attention when I let myself get surrounded by things, or maybe thinks? Then it is time to be, at least, a little selfish and take some time looking after myself. A worthwhile pursuit is the most intimate relationship we all ever have, that being with ourselves. I could never conceive of beating someone else up if they made a mistake , I naturally can not conceive of beating myself up if I make a mistake .

Even with the so simple diet that I eat I still screw up on occasion. Then go stand in front of the mirror with a wink and a grin and go , DUUUUUUH!!

The ultimate freedom is to allow yourself to make mistakes and then follow through.

Thankfully or I would be a mess.

Love
