Got the go ahead by the physio to ride my trike yesterday. But taking it gently, he said. So I went for a ride to my friend's house about 1/2 mile away. Had a cup of coffee & a chat & rode back. Leg a little tired & sore but not toooo bad. Go a little longer tomorrow, or even this afternoon. Going to do some quilting after lunch. Have got a quilt almost finished for Judy's husband Balan & want to take it over with us when we go in a couple of weeks. Have got 3 tops finished waiting to be quilted now so I better get moving.
Love
Liz

Hi Liz......I love to quilt but haven't in years. I am making a baby afghan and ran out of the blue/pink/yellow varigated yarn. Checked all the wal-marts and they aren't going to carry it anymore. I looked a two craft stores and they don't match. So I may have to substitute and hope it looks ok. I am glad you are back on your trike. I think it would be fun to ride one. Love oma
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
