Another accomplishment!

Post by Mars »

Hi gals and guys!

I took the day off since working too hard last week and decided to go SHOPPING!!!! Such fun!!

I needed some new clothes since loosing weight but don't want to buy too much since the process is on-going. I am down 2 sizes since I last went shopping! I am sooooooo excited! I am at a standstill right now and still haven't lost those 2 1/2 lbs to reach my first goal but the results are showing!

Hope all is well in your respective parts of the world!

Love to all,
Mars

Hi Mars,
What do you eat in the evening, in place of fattening desserts?

Just wondering . . . sometimes I have nuts, or apple slices. Got any ideas for me, low carb-wise?

Love, Marsha

Hi Marsha,

I wait until an hour or two after dinner to eat my dessert. I have:

fruit (apples w/ peanut butter or plain/grapes/strawberries w/strawberry yogurt, grapes, etc.)

Sugar Free fudgesicles

Sugar free pudding or jello

keep everything below 3 grams of fat by rule.

Good luck - you'll find something that satisfies your cravings and you'll be good to go!!!!

You can also roll grapes in sugar free jello and freeze them. Frozen banana's are good too.

Love,
Mars

Hi Mars,

Excellent!

You know, I don't believe that I've ever had to buy any smaller clothes, in my life. I've worn the same size, most of my adult life.

Since my surgery, I haven't been quite as active as I used to be. A couple of weeks ago, I decided it was time to order some larger jeans, 'cause the ones I was wearin', kept gettin' smaller. LOL.

Fortunately, the ones I ordered were on backorder, so thanks to the inspiration that you provided, I decided to start scooping a little less feed into my trough, and I'll bet that by the time the new jeans are shipped, I won't need 'em. Thanks.

Love,
Wayne
