I don't have MC, but have OA and Fibro.
I joined this site to keep up to date on MC issues because my daughter, Peggy, has had it for about 3 years now (guess) and it helps me to understand what she is going through.
I also have many friends here who I know from the old Board and want to keep contact.
As for my health isssues, I have had a total knee replacement on Jan. 18/05 and still working on recovering from that. The other knee will probably have to be done within the next year.
Have OA in my spine, knees and starting in my hands.
I've had many bad experiences with side effects from medications and have cut down to the bare minimum and mostly just take acetaminophen with codeine to help with pain. Have cut out wellbutrin and down to one gabapenten a day and take one or two arthrotec but try to only take one in the morning when the pain is the worst.
Do something nice for you today
