Hi Jean,

I'd love to have you take a look at what I'm eating. I will post it in my online journal this week and you or anyone can take a look whenever you have a chance. There are so many in's and out's, like the pork injection thing, that I have no clue about. What do they inject in pork? Thanks for your help! Celia
