Shirley------everytime I go the GP. he always tells me--WALK--WALK--WALK--

I was doing that bout 2 years back (just like 1 mile) and it did improve my status in my bone density--

But I really dont like walking----so thats why I am hoping that this yoga and TaiChi---will keep the bones together!!

Tomorrow morning---yoga--9 to 10:30
This teacher is terrific and she stimulates one to keep pushing-
So I will drop Lou @ the MRI(opened on Sunday amazed me) and he will walk back to the yoga place--and this a loooooooooooong walk--

He luves walking but with the shape of his knee I think he is making a BIG mistake---

Shirley-----am back from yoga--

and CHANGE his MIND!!!

NO way---he walked the distance from MRI to the Yoga place----and Shirley guess what they did----being he has an appointment with the Doc again,on Tuesday, the MRI place gave him a DISC of the screening, I thought that was neat--
Pretty soon they wont need HUMAN BEINGS---the good old ROBOT will take over all the jobs---

Sometimes these places take a year and a day for the reports to get to the Doc's office--

Like me---still waiting from last week!!!
