The good news---non malignant GOITER---which is an enlarged thyroid
So I was very happy----
I so had to hit the *bowl*,before, we left but I said *NO--NO*

I think I would have to say---as much as I THOUGHT it wasnt bothering me,it WAS---perhaps the big *D*-

So now to the ENDO.,in 2 weeks, earliest appointment too--dratz--and she will then do blood work and prescribe the right MEDS.---which better NOT send me to the *throne*

This will have to be discussed with HEAVY emphasis on the Colitis issue-

And yes---my hair is thinning--not due to *age* but due to this (i would guess underactive thyroid)--

Went on the net again----too damn confusing with go here--there--everywhere to get a definition of a word that is in *ITALICS*
After I have done that---I am more confused--
Me--myself and I like things said in a *simplified* manner!!!
Its good to feel free of the *wondering*

I'm with you, Barbara,

Thyroid terminology hurts my head - something best left to professionals I think. Although there are some basic facts that are good to know, and lots of people here take thyroid medicines, so I'm sure you'll get lots of support.

I'm glad you don't have to worry anymore,
