To tell U the truth---I am scared to try the Boniva---but heck, if I get another attack then something else has to be decided-----and NO---I will not do that nasal stuff either---that gave me megga headaches--
BUT, I will surely let U know how it works---
My Vit. D level is perfect---now thats a piece of good news~~~
Im hoping that the walking/Xercizing will help!!!
