Just gotta release some stress...............

Post by Mars »

Hi everyone!

Calling hours were yesterday and the funeral today for my sister's mother in law. Rough evening.

Trisha didn't make the evening hours because right after arriving she told me she needed to go to the ER with extreme pain in her right side (mainly her back). It hurt to walk and put any pressure on her right side. She's had the pain for about 3 days and it's getting worse. This is a kid who does NOT go to the doc and rides out any illnesses. She said the pain felt like labor pains.

To make a long story short - they called in a surgeon and another doctor to admit her after blood work and x-rays. She was being prepped for surgery should she need it. They are suspecting appendix.

She called this morning at 6:30 to let me know she is having a CAT scan at 7 and has had lots of blood work. The nurse mentioned something to her about laproscopic surger but Trisha still don't know any more than she did last night.

We are planning on attending the funeral and I'll leave my cell on vibrate so that she can reach me.

We picked up Bryce and my other sister will watch him today so that no matter where we are needed, he will be taken care of.

We are still awaiting news on Larry's dad to see if he has been cleared for surgery. We are assuming that he has been and arrangements will be made to schedule him for surgery quickly. My guess is that will be next week sometime. Whew

MAN - it just keeps going and going and going doesn't it!

I'll let everyone know the outcome when I can.

Love you all,
Mars

Mars,
I'll be thinking of all of you and praying all comes out for the best.
In the meantime, I hope you can find the time and resources to take some "time outs" for yourself and try to relax your body and mind.
You need it.

Margie-----

We have big shoulders---so just keep releasing your stress--

I do hope Trish is ok---and I know U will let us know how she is doing--
and that Larry's dad has his surgery scheduled--

As Shirley said---do give yourself *heads-down*- relax and try to release all the tension that has built up inside yourself~~~~

Like in kindergarden- - *children--heads down and close your eyez*
when times were so simple --easy and uncomplicated~~~

Oh Mars Bar,

Why does it always happen like this? One thing after another.

Am sending my best thoughts to all of you.

Mars,

Wow! You are being bombarded with an overload of unpleasant issues. I hope things settle down in a few days. You're overdue for a long spell of smooth sailing, after all this.

My thoughts and best wishes are with you.

Love,
