What a wonderful time we all had. It was incredible to meet Barb and her husband Lou, as well as Polly (who I've met before) and her husband Scott. Carole and David were so wonderful to me.

I loved New York!

Thanks for sharing these great pictures Peg! This photo viewer works pretty neat. So, whats the story with the burly red shirt men on your arms?

Sounds like you all had a wonderful time.

Joanna

Peg,

Great photos! You certainly packed a lot into your visit!

If you have a chance, would you please send me a hard copy of the photo of the 7 of us having lunch at Rosie O'Grady's? Can you believe it was exactly a week ago this moment that we were there?

I hope your cold improves quickly. I'm sure the flight home didn't help.

Love,

Polly

P.S. Looking forward to seeing more photos, as you have the time to post them.

I'm not finished yet ladies. I'll do write ups for each of the photos.

Polly I don't have any hard copies. Only electronic. I'll email you the photo - okay?

Yeah, I was wondering about that picture with the two red-shirted guys too. Big bruisers, ain't they.

Hey, thanks for posting all those shots. Now I don't have to go to NYC to see what it looks like.

Tex

Joanna,

Orange County Choppers is a business owned by a family that has become a TV show. They've built motor bikes for the likes of the NYPD, NYFD, Will Smith, and Jay Leno. They are a very disfunctional family and the show can be rather entertaining...sometimes LOL. The store and warehouse are very close to Carole and David's house.

Peg,

I just checked out the ones you've added. They really ARE good. I think you have quite an eye for composition.....the Staten Island ferry, statue of liberty, Grand Central, bridge, houses, etc. have beautiful composition. They could be postcards.

And YOU look wonderful, as Barb said. Tall, skinny, those long legs - you look like a model. (Don't mean to embarrass you, but it's true!). Are you going to make up an album or keep everything on a disk?

Thanks for emailing those pics to me.

Love,

Polly

Great Pictures

I enjoyed the photos, Peggy. Sure looks like you had fun.

I've seen the Orange County Choppers TV show - they are so funny arguing with each other. A couple of real tough guys. They are are tall, aren't they? I'l bet they were more than willing to pose with such a gorgeous gal.

I loved the New York skyline pictures and all of the others too.

Love - Mom

Hahahaha

You'se guys...those aren't really the OCC boys, they are carboard likenesses. They sure did make me feel petite! I was really close to both of them, though. Paul Jr. was leaving the warehouse, walking through the lot and then getting in to his little two-seater Mercedes when we pulled in. Paul Sr. followed us down the road for a spell in his Hummer. When David, Carole, and I stopped at a light I jumped out the car and went to snap his pic. He gave me a big smile and a wave and then I hit the power button on the camera instead of the shutter release button

Polly - I don't think I'll make an album. I have all the pictures on cd and can watch them on my computer, or through most dvd players (the newer ones). I can make a cd photo album and attach music to play with it. I may get a few choice ones printed. Would you like a copy of the cd?

Ladies - you do know how to embarrass a gal  ! But thank you very kindly for the compliments. I think we ALL looked great!

Peg,

I would LOVE a copy of the CD. Are you gonna use songs from Chicago and "New York New York" by Sinatra?

Love,

Polly

Hi Peg,

The pictures are awesome and I am still so sad that you all were so close and I did not get there. Work strikes again.

Love, Maggie
