Hi you two,

When I thought I had a sulfite issues, I bought Rick Williams 'book' Sulfites and Chronic Dieease 2002. Well, it's not actually a book, but it's a notebook of complete information on sulfites and diet.

I hate to just throw it away now. Would either of you be interested in it? If so, just pm your address and I will take the contents out of the notebook and mail it to you. But need to know asap! I'm on a timeline!

I'm so sorry, I hope you're still around to get this message: I already have the book. Maybe sell it on eBay? of donate it to a library . .

I've been in Washington, and really busy with family, so haven't checked in for a week or two. Hope you're doing well . .
