Hi all,

I had a super terrific time in Seattle. All the restraunts I went to were extremely sensitive about the gluten and casein thing, and I had some really delicious food. For the Seattle folk, I ate at Seriphinos, Anthonys, Calcutta Grill, and Arnie's. I'm finding I can eat more and have less reactions, all due I think to the h. pylori treatment. Yeah!
My internet connection is really bad here, so I won't say too much. So glad to hear about Barbara's negative biopsy and Terps good colonoscopy ((must be MC!)

I'm totally overwhelmed and subject to tears any moment. It's so sad saying good bye!

I leave from JFK on Tuesday night with 4 huge bags and an big carry on plus computer bag. Ugh!

We will miss you so much. You have been such a fun and valuable family member here. I agree with Barb - no goodbyes, just "see ya laters"!

I have a feeling this will be a wonderful experience for you. Not many people have the opportunity to live a whole new life, especially one grounded in peace and wholeness of mind and body. We will miss you, that's for sure, and when we think of you it will be with a smile!!!!! Bon voyage!

Thanks everyone!!!!! The computer only goes as far as Germany where we are selling it on ebay...we'll get a better price in Germany. So alas, I won't be able to check in now and then. I think you are all right...this is such an incredible opportunity.

I don't know how I am going to get everything into my bags...I have to finish packing tonight. I just picked up 3 boxes of vitamins (of course!!!) so I have to sort that out.

I will say a proper goodbye and thank you later...I appreciate you all so much. If not tonight, from Munich.
